Thank you for all your help... listening to you and getting the sleep formula is helping. I take it at night and resting better... I wake rested not groggy. Now is there a formula for hormones??? I don't take any pharmaceutical drug. I am 70 and gained weight due to hysterectomy. I believe this is helping as well??? but time will tell.
